After an eight months hiatus, I'm happy to announce that my Whimzeecal Etsy shop is up and running once again. I had to put the shop aside for the past eight months because I've been busy with several personal projects, such as starting a full time job as a drafter for an engineering firm and getting accepted to a graduate program for Architecture. Since it is the beginning of a new year, I am excited to be crafting, designing, and contributing to the blog and shop once again. Within the past year, two of my custom ring pillows have taken part in two very special wedding ceremony. I open the shop in 2012 with the intention of making a couple of extra bucks and knowing that it will not pay the bills, but happy with just be able to to create and design for someone's special day. It warms heart when two of my brides sent me pictures of the ring pillow I made them for their special day. They are the photos you see above. The ring pillow on the left was for a bride who had a country style wedding at The Roxbury Barn , and the ring pillow on the right was for a bride who lives in Paris and was having an Alice in Wonderland theme wedding.
